What does "By [Your Agency]" mean?

Below every product ad in Google Shopping a small label "By [name]" appears. By default this is "By Google". With Sembot White Label CSS it is your name, visible to every user who sees the ad of any of your clients.

Do my clients have to change anything?

Almost nothing. The only thing on your client's side is approving the link of their Merchant Center to the agency's CSS — it does not happen automatically just because the agency has access to GMC. The rest (configuration, feeds, settings) stays on the Sembot and agency side. Clients don't have to do anything technical in their Merchant Center or Google Ads account; they only see better results and your brand.

How does Google CSS support work?

Google runs a dedicated CSS support channel, separate from Google Ads support and handling CSS matters only. As the owner of your White Label CSS, you use it yourself. As a Google CSS Premium Partner, we also have a dedicated Google contact for CSS matters (account audits, insights). On top of that, we back you with our experience and know-how on where and how to get help. CSS support covers CSS topics and does not resolve Google Ads account issues, such as suspensions; those go through Google Ads support.

First year free — what does that mean?

For the first 12 months you don't pay the White Label subscription — and that for all EU markets, not just new ones. After a year it's €100/mo for everything, with no commitments (you can opt out at any time). A one-time setup fee of €100 is payable only after a given market is launched by Google.

How long does setup take?

3–5 business days to configure the CSS account on our side, then 24–48h for verification and approval by Google. In total usually less than a week from submitting the form to your brand appearing in the ads.
