• company name / website address (if you provide it),
• message content and the selected areas of interest.

We process personal data in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR, for the following purposes:

• Responding to form enquiries and business contact — basis: Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest — handling enquiries).
• Direct marketing of our own services — basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
• Website analytics and statistics — basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent given in the cookie banner).
• Fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. handling GDPR requests) — basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

9. Transfers of data outside the EEA

Some tool providers (e.g. Google, Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of safeguards required by the GDPR — in particular standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework).
